JALAPENO JELLY HOT

Hot Jalapeno Jelly, made the same way we do our Mild, with Red Bell Peppers, just less of them, so the Heat from the Jalapenos is more prevalent. Offer it up like any other Treat with Heat, Cream Cheese is always a good side kick. Hot Jalapeno Jelly can also be compared to a Jam, the Fruit remains in the Recipe to ensure that the Heat is in every Spoonfull. Is also a great way to spice up a Pork Tenderloin or Chops when used as a Glaze, Add when Meat is about 3/4 cooked, and it will bake or grill in just enough Flavor to send you back for seconds.
